What is ARMS?

 

•  ARMS is a wireless panic system that allows us to pinpoint the location in and around the facility in the event of an active threat/shooter

• Designed for schools, daycares, hospitals, malls, business parks, churches, and other large facilities

• An alternative to arming teachers and employees with firearms

• Provides onsite visual and audible notification to teachers, students, visitors, and employees to take active threat measures.  (Lockdown+, Evacuate, or Counter – follow the policies and training provided by your employer or district.  If you do not have active shooter training already in place we can help.  Our owner Dan Smith is a Certified ALICE Instructor.

• Provides onsite visual and audible notifications to direct law enforcement to the exact location of the facility to speed up response times and ultimately save lives

• Designed with the input of law enforcement, and school superintendents

 

Key components:

 

• Sirens & strobes to notify onsite children, teachers, and personnel of the active threat

• Custom floor plan annunciator to alert office staff and/or security personnel of the location of the threat

• Voice module that can be patched through Intercom or PA system to notify people within the facility to evacuate or take lockdown + measures

• Video verification of cameras to get a visual description of the perpetrator

• Bluetooth tracking of visitors to the buildings

• Bluetooth notification of students getting off school buses

• UL Certified Monitoring – highly trained, background checked, and drug tested operators.  Triple redundant backups for phone, power, and receivers
